There was a time when being the woman everyone could rely on came at a cost.
I am the firstborn daughter, I learned to be responsible, dependable, accommodating, and strong. I became very good at knowing what everyone else needed.
What I struggled with was knowing what I needed. I could make decisions at work. I could carry responsibility. I could show up for everyone else. Yet when it came to my own life, I often found myself second-guessing, overthinking, seeking reassurance, or choosing what would keep everyone else comfortable.
And perhaps you know that feeling too.
You are capable. You are accomplished. People trust your judgment. Yet there are decisions you keep postponing, conversations you keep avoiding, boundaries you keep explaining, and parts of yourself you keep putting on hold.
My journey into coaching began when I realised that the problem was deeper than confidence. I needed to learn how to trust myself again.
That realisation changed the direction of my life and eventually became the foundation of The Grounded & Aligned Woman™.
Today, I help high-achieving women close their Self Trust Gap™, reconnect with what they truly want, make decisions they can stand behind, and lead their lives from inner authority.
If you have become so good at being there for everyone else that you have lost touch with yourself, this work was created with you in mind.
You do not need another person telling you what to do.
You may simply need the right space to hear yourself clearly again.
