I remember thinking bravery wasn't really my thing as I was something of a people pleaser who avoided conflict and didn't do drama.
Then, I unpicked what bravery really meant to me, including how a lack of bravery was impacting my work and relationships.
That was all I needed to decide to put my 'big girl pants' on. This enabled me to say what needed saying, do what needed doing and be who I needed to be.

This 4 day adventure is the ideal way for you to strengthen your bravery muscle.
And yes, like any other muscle, bravery atrophies over time if not used.
So, consider this your invitation to attend Joanna’s Bravery ‘gym’.
The only weights you’ll be lifting are the weights of people's expectations; the ones currently pinning you down
The only steps you'll be counting are the steps you're taking to a braver, more fulfilled you
The only stretching you'll be doing is expanding your belief in what is possible
The inspiration for this adventure came from a member of the Introvert's Corner Facebook group, so I'm more than happy to provide the opportunity.
Over 4 consecutive days, you'll receive an email every morning with a short video and some work to complete.
10 days later you are invited to the live Becoming Braver Masterclass so you can share successes, ask questions and get live coaching if appropriate.
All sessions will be recorded so you'll not miss a thing, even if you're tied up with family stuff, holidays or work.

I'm Joanna Rawbone, MSc, an 'Open Introvert', and I've been running my successful training, coaching & facilitation business since 1994.
Over this time, I've worked with 1-to-1 clients, and with teams from around the globe. I've needed to be brave and continue to build my bravery muscle.
I realised a decade or so ago that success comes from being unapologetically me. Now I flourish as an introvert and am committed to enabling others to do the same.
Without courage, we cannot practice any other virtue with consistency. We can't be kind, true, merciful, generous, or honest.
